Co founder & Director, Seb was born premature. Growing up, he was always one of the smallest amongst his peers. He was also labeled by his teachers as the kid that could never sit still! To change all that, he decided to channel his energy elsewhere and started hitting the gym and got hooked on powerlifting.
Outside the gym, Seb has a big interest in anything martial arts and Bruce Lee, so you can either find him watching martial art videos or spending time with his pet french bulldog, Marley!

Co-founder & Director, Brendan found his way into fitness at the early age of 9. He has always been passionate about sports; engaging in different sports from track & field to football and dragon boating. He decided to hit the gym in school to look good for the ladies and fell in love with it.
Brendan challenges his clients to push past plateaus to find the best version of themselves.
Personal Trainer
Junior, despite being tall, was always "bullied" on basketball court as he was skinny. He changed all that by hitting the gym, regaining his confidence on the basketball court. Realizing how much weightlifting has helped him with his confidence, he decided to join the fitness industry to help change lives!
Being a sneakerhead, Junior has collected numerous Air Jordans and loves reading up on latest movies and pop culture.

Ivy, aka "The Booty Builder" is passionate about helping females achieve their ideal physique. Regardless of the client's age, she understands their specific needs & goals and tailors their all-rounded training program.
Being a women’s advocate, she loves to help, support and empower other women through her social media platform. Ivy is also a certified Prenatal & Postpartum Specialist.

Growing up an introvert, Royston picked up weightlifting at the young age of 15. It gave him confidence which carried over to every other aspect in his life. Ever since, he has been a firm believer that weightlifting not only makes you look good, but boosts your confidence.
When off-duty, he is a drama junkie! If you need show recommendations on Netflix, you know who to look for.

Weiyu found her interests in sports when she was 8 years old. She started off with netball, sprinting and high jumps. She has been playing volleyball for the past 15 years, representing Singapore in the SEA Games!
That being said, outside the gym, you can find her playing beach volleyball or just chilling during her free time!

Jaron despite being the youngest on the team, has dedicated most of his life to finding the most effective & efficient ways to build muscle and lose body fat. With a great eye for detail, he always ensures his clients have the best form during each exercise.
Outside the gym, Jaron is obsessed with computer programming & his pet bird.

Hui Min started off her fitness journey through table tennis at a young age of 6. She then moved on to dance and eventually dragon boating where she found her passion for training and fitness.
Contrary to her lean physique, Hui Min actually has the ability to eat a lot of food at one go. Her favourite food being anything mala!

Lily has always been working in a gym-based environment as an admin staff before deciding to pursue a career in Personal Training. A passionate advocate of women’s strength training, Lily challenges the misconception that lifting heavy weights will make women bulky. Her own training goal? To deadlift more that twice her body weight!
Apart from her interest in weight training and lifting heavy, Lily is also a die hard fan of Harry Potter and anything to do with Hogwarts!
