It helped that Ivy was encouraging and yet firm in helping me reach the goals. It is very important to train right with a professional like Ivy so I won’t learn the wrong techniques (that will be tough to undo later) or hurt myself. To add, the major pull is the exclusivity, clean, boutique like setup - not the typical cookie cutter, mass market kind of gym. Also they take pride in well maintaining their facilities and machines which is a plus.
